Stylistically, it's a simple proposition, with Novelist laying down punchy, urgent bars over a suitably angsty gqom beat. "Big Novelist comin' like a bulldozer / I got the enemy confessin' that it's all over," he chants, his quickfire flow gliding across syncopated percussion. But this unfussy formula only accentuates the understated potency of "Bulldozer," a track that could easily be deployed as electrifying club weapon in the right hands.
