- 555 Recordings are a new Tech / Progressive / and Deep House label that has released two new tracks by Redandblue, "Better than life" and "UTOC".
"Better Than Life" is a up beat bouncing tech house track that starts out rather well but looses it touch further in. With a boppy bass and lots of drums you can tell the idea was there but unfortunatly there has been no follow through as this track lacks variety. Still its worth a listen if your looking for something to fill in gaps.
"UTOC" on the other hand did get my attention. It has a dark driving bass line tribal drums and voices in the background. It picks up the pace with a snare and really starts to push the dark boundary. Although this sounds good if you like all that dark dirty suff ( i know i do) there is a flaw, as with the last track there is no real variety. Still, its worth checking out especially if you like Satoshi Tomiie.
