- Karen Nyame, otherwise known as KG, knows how to churn out a sunny tune. The artist's music falls into a balmy blend of UK funky, R&B and Afrobeat, a sound tailor-made for the relaxed swinging of hips, syrupy cocktails and temperatures above 20 degrees celsius. Her Black Acre debut, Sensei II, is no less gleeful. The lead single, "Koko," instantly warrants repeat plays, with an effervescent brass synth and KG's airy vocals, which whisper out the catchy chorus with enthusiastic back-up from Mista Silva.
