- House producer Chris Lum has been striking out on the solo road of late and his latest slabs ‘Feeling High (Thinking of You)’ & ‘You’re Mine’ continue to kick the ass of the dancefloor. Treat this release as a double A side because both tracks incorporate Lum’s chunky bass trademark and petulance for trippy vocals.
Hooj are kind enough to spread the release over two 12’s: original mixes, dirty and clean versions (Hooj are very PC), handy accapella’s and a Nova Scotia remix of ‘You’re Mine’ . Que up 'You’re Mine' and wait for that warbled liquefied bassline, there’s a fair chance you’ll be skipping around shouting ‘Neeeext’! A final word on the other 12”....get it because no afterparty is complete without this Nova Scotia remix. Go deep. What’s next Mr Lum?
