Roasted Recordings was launched in 2011 by Roel Salemink & Koen Kok. With this label they want to bring something extra into the techno scene.
The label isn't really looking for one specific sound. What they are looking for is quality techno music, with a good drive, and sometimes more stripped music, back to the roots.
Roasted is really looking for this underground sound, techno in its purest form.
In 2011 Roasted will release tracks by Andy Slate, Gabriel Ben, Steve Mulder, Ferhat Albayrak, Microvibez, and more. We are very proud that a young label like Roasted has signed such experienced artists because they have released tracks on labels such as CR2, Global Underground, Respekt, Bush, 303Lovers and many more.
Roel Salemink is a dutch dj/producer with releases on labels such as Bush Records, Global Underground, BulletDodge, 90Watts, and many more. He is also well known for his remixes for Carl Cox, Mauro Picotto, Steve Mulder, and several other artists.
His productions are supported by some of the biggest artists in the scene such as Carl Cox, Mauro Picotto,Pig & Dan, Josh Wink, Kaiserdisco, Eddie Halliwell, Marco Bailey, Loco & Jam, and many others.
The purpose of this label is to establish his music into the techno scene.
