  • Few DJs have as much history as DJ Hell. The Munich native has been collecting records since the late '70s and DJing since the '80s. He went clubbing in Berlin well before the Wall came down and played clubs like E-Werk and the original Tresor just as the city's techno scene was born. Some years later, he launched his iconic label, International DeeJay Gigolos, and played a key role in popularizing electroclash. And over the years he's shared the studio with everyone from P Diddy to Bryan Ferry. Just as Tresor released his career-spanning Kern mix, Hell stopped by RA's Berlin office for a trip down memory lane.
