Avalon Emerson, Marcellus Pittman and dozens more announced for inaugural Gop Tun festival in São Paulo

- The 20-hour, one-day event goes down April 2nd at a TBA location.
- The key Brazilian party, DJ collective and label Gop Tun will throw its first festival in São Paulo on April 2nd. The festival, which will be held in what Gop Tun describes as an "unknown part of a well-known location," will run for 20 hours across four stages with a total of 43 artists. These include Danilo Plessow (Motor City Drum Ensemble), Avalon Emerson, Octo Octa, Dr. Rubinstein, Paramida, Marcellus Pittman and many more. The Não Existe stage will feature artists "from the fringes of Baile funk and rap," including FBC and '90s funk star Sany Pitbull. Naturally, the festival will feature key Brazilian talent such as Millos Kaiser, Carrot Green, back-to-backs from the likes of Craig Ouar, Cashu & OMOLOKO, and the Gop Tun squad (Nascii, TYV, Gui Scott & Caio T.) "This is the first time we've conceived Gop Tun in a festival format. Besides representing one our boldest efforts to date, this is certainly the most important party in our history so far. Next year we celebrate ten years of great dance floors, and we couldn't find a better way to celebrate this landmark than with a festival such as this, one that brings such a wide variety of artists and music genres," said Gop Tun's Caio T.
