  • Members from four key British electronic acts from the nineties spin at this weekend's Together party at Turnmills. Room one is the place to catch all your old heroes: James Lavelle from indie-progressive act U.N.K.L.E; Phil Hartnoll from Orbital, the creators of classics like 'Chime', 'Belfast' and the seminal 'Brown Album'; Paul Daley from Leftfield, one of the first British acts to fuse house and dub; and Justin Robertson from big beat act Lionrock. Robertson will also be the busiest man on the night. Besides his closing set in room one, he'll spin a seven-inch set of reggae and other goodies upstairs and perform live on with his band Thee Earls in room three. But look carefully before you go patting him on the back to commend him on his stamina, because this month's fancy dress theme is Justin Robertson with prizes going to the best Justin or Justine in beard, hat and glasses. Elsewhere Together resident and Global Underground signing Anil Chawla warms up in room one and Tom Middleton, Serge Santiago, Bones, Guy Williams and Mike Oman play room two. Room three has DJ sets from John Kennedy, Kissy Sellout and South Central as well as a live PA from Misty’s Big Adventure, whose frontman performs with floppy rubber hands stuck to his member! Fun, fun, fun. Together takes place at Turnmills in London on Saturday, March 31, 2007.
