  • Jeff Mills' London home away from home - Lost - will host a special event at The Bridge this weekend (February 25th) as the Purple Room becomes a screening room for Axis Records and Jeff Mill’s exciting new project; Blue Potential. Featuring Jeff Mills and the Orchestre National de Montpellier the video is a live performance from July 2005 and he is evidently excited:
"We, at Axis along with the Lost team are proud to present to you a special documentive version of the upcoming DVD, The Blue Potential. Recorded in July 2005 in Montpellier, France at the Pont Du Gard, The Montpellier Philharmonic Orchestra and I teamed up to create a live performance that consists of numerous compositions that I've produced spanning my 15 year Techno Music career. Such compositions as "Gamma Player", Time Machine", Medium C", "The March" and even compositions like "Sonic Destroyer" and "Amazon" from my days with Undergound Resistance. It's a unique project that was long past due in the Electronic Music World and I'm deeply honoured to have the opportunity to explain and present it to you at the next Lost. See you there."
The line-up on the night will include Juan Atkins, Steve Bicknell, Kim Bilir, Juergen Junker.
