  • Having grown organically and from their infinite desire to party the Formula boys have built one of the strongest and most consistent party crews in London. Each week their after party Formulate @ The Key has been attracting in excess of 700 people each week, their Thursday event Formula City @ Tabernacle consistently attracts a 300 + crowd, whilst their monthly parties Formula @ Canvas regularly play host to a 1000 strong party crowd. Clearly there is something more than just fruit punch on offer at their events and a large proportion of London party goers are regularly enjoying the brands ethos. Their next monthly party on 12th November at Canvas will see them tweak the mould, change their winning formula and break new ground as they announce their first big name DJ in NastyDirtySexMusic’s pioneer Tim Sheridan. Founder Paul Roche is obviously excited by the prospect of Sheridan’s appearance but is clearly proud of the residents who have supported this the night over the past 17 months:
It seemed like a big joke at the time when myself and my friends used to boast about putting on our own parties and now here we are 17 months later in this position. It has been a roller coaster ride all the way and many life changing decision have had to be made. So far it seems that everything has come together and worked out better than I could have ever imagined. The real buzz is seeing my resident dj’s who have been with me from the beginning, tearing the room to pieces from behind the decks and the rest of my friends going crazy on the dance floor.
The night will also see the Sucker DJs on show in the Funky Room. Formula Funky Room: Sucker DJs and Formula Residents Stu Hinge, Andy Philp, Mark Bunn, Tony P, Paul B Delirium Dirty Room: Tim Sheridan and Formula Residents Cheshire Catz Richie La Rue, Si Barber, Nathan Hedley
