- There will be breaks and hip hop madness a plenty with the return of Cut La Roc and Deadly Avenger this spring.
Egg is proud to announce Deadly Avenger and Cut La Roc touring and playing back to back, back to front and getting completely sideways for almost the first time ever (since the last time). This Hollywood hot shot and renegade master will be teaming up and bringing their finely skilled fingers to our shores this September.
Deadly Avenger, who is under the same management as Fat Boy Slim, has been causing a stir with this special blend of breaks/hip hop/funk. The highly acclaimed Englishman has been at the forefront of the London party scene including mixing a legendary DJ compilation for UK superclub Fabric and has also written music for the film King Arthur, CSI Miami, and Paul Oakenfold’s TV show. Cut La Roc is also no stranger to the big time, releasing a number of hit albums, including a mix album for Ministry of Sound’s FSUK imprint. His latest release is the well titled 'Many Styles EP' (out mid August) and he's currently working on his next album, "If you can join 'em, beat 'em".
