Essential Mix A special one for Essential Mix this week. For those that are curious about the whole Ableton Live hoopla that’s been raging since Sasha said he was no longer going to use vinyl, tune into Essential Mix this weekend as the man himself performs a special Ableton Live performance from the BBC’s Radio Maida Vale studios. Be sure to tune in on Sunday, 22nd May at 1am for a chance to hear what Sasha is currently favouring tune wise. You’d be silly to miss this one! The Residency Back again this week is Radio 1’s new show, The Residency, this Sunday, 22nd May. This week it‘s one for the hard beat fans with Kutski taking control of the reigns and slamming down the best in hardcore and underground hard dance. Show kicks off at 3am (GMT). Proton Radio As per their progressive standard, Proton has another jam packed week of shows in store for its listeners but here are just a few highlights. To start things off, tune into Balance Record Pool Presents on Friday, 20th May as they feature the talents of rising tech house DJ, Little Mike. The show kicks off at 6pm EST. On Saturday, 21st May, tune into one of New York’s finest, Jason Jollins as he presents his show Momentum. This week the show features rising star Mike Brin with the start at 6pm (EST). Kiss100 If you’re a fan of sleazy tribal house be sure to tune into Kiss100 on Wednesday for Tom Stephan and his weekly show. Always featuring the best and most interesting tunes, set your dials for 9pm EST (2am GMT) for a dose of Tom’s favourite tunes.
