UK independent label Anjunabeats has launched a new label imprint for the hot CDR’s that fly across their A&R desk, containing sounds from the deeper spectrum. The main label is currently home to artists like Above & Beyond (Label Founders), Smith & Pledger, Super8, Matt Hardwick and Stephen J Kroos, but as part label owner Jono Grant expresses, this imprint will be a source of top drawer music. We’ll be looking for stuff at the deeper end of the prog and trance spectrum and it’ll need to have really strong dancefloor impact. Our focus is going to be on quality not quantity.
AnjunaDeep will be jointly A&R’ed by Above & Beyond and rising Swedish producer/DJ Ozgur Can.
First up on the AnjunaDeep release schedule is David West featuring Andreas Hermansson "Larry Mountains 54’, out on July 18 and also due to feature on Above & Beyond’s forthcoming Anjunabeats Volume 3 compilation.
