  • Finally, what London has always needed “music all night long for an open-minded polysexual crowd who either like to dress up, or like to dress down”. If you like us were a little confused at first, read on. Launching on Saturday 07th May, Kosmetic Surgery is a new monthly electro offering at Jacks, a newly re-furbished 600 people two room space. Adam Sky (formerly Adamski) jets over from Europe’s current hotspot of inventive sounds Barcelona to take the lead role alongside Synthetic Pleasures who were the warm-up act for the Scissor Sisters’ first ever UK gig. Joining these two in the main room is King Roc and Kosmetic Surgery Resident Tommy Four Seven, who at 18 years of age is making a name for himself. Room 2 will be hosted by self proclaimed leaders of the anti-fashion movement Belly Ache, (aka. Ya Mam & Ya Dad). Speaking to RA about the night Tommy is eager to get it underway
"Kosmetic Surgery is the first electro party which goes on till 6am in the morning. It is also the first one to fuse all types of electro into one event. The main room focuses on filthy cutting-edge electro while the back room will be more chilled electro-clash. I also can't wait to play alongside Synthetic Pleasures and Adam Sky who are real heroes for me."
Opening night kicks off at 10pm, Saturday May 07 at Jacks, Crucifix Lane, London Bridge, SE1. £10 at the door.
