Following last years release, Defected Records will deliver No 2 in their ‘Most Rated’ series . This year it will have a distinctively Miami flavour as the UK based label asked DJs to vote for records they thought would be rocking the dance floors in Miami this year. ‘Most Rated – Miami’ will feature 30 tracks with Defected boss Simon Dunmore explaining his excitement at having this release linked with the conference: The Winter Music Conference has always been special to house music. From the days of the Fontainblue Hilton to the week long festival it has now become. It maps out what people are going to be playing, listening to and ultimately dancing to for the coming 6, possibly 12 months. Getting DJ’s to vote for the tracks that they felt would smash this year’s conference should ensure a track listing that will be surely relevant from now until the end of summer’.
In Miami Defected will be showcasing 2 events. One will be a poolside other will be an all night affair.
