Pnau to play Sydney Good Vibrations

  • Just when you were wondering where Sydney-based live act Pnau have been hiding, they have re-emerged as a late addition to the Sydney line-up of the Good Vibrations Festival, where they will play on the main stage. The ARIA-winning duo have commanded huge respect both locally and overseas following their two highly successful albums ‘Sambanova’ and ‘Again’ as well as a multitude of electric live performances. Festival goers can expect an energetic mix of deep funk, R&B, breaks, latin, and electro. Pnau join an already stellar line-up with international acts including Scissor Sisters, Mylo, Arrested Development, Handsome Boy Modeling School, DJ Format & Abdominal MC, Bent, Amp Fiddler, Lyrics Born, Layo & Bushwacka!, Jacques Lu Cont, Ben Watt, Bugz in the Attic, Jazzanova, Tayo, Cuban Brothers, DJ Patife, Cleveland Watkins, Max Sedgely and Blood & Fire Sound System feat Ranking Joe, as well as fellow locals DAMN DJ’s, Sneaky Sound System, Funktrust, Jules Beaumont, John Devecchis, Illya, Declan Lee, Alan Thompson, Goodwill, Ben Korbel, Ajax, Nick Law, Robin Knight, Simon Caldwell, Tim Boffa, Nick Toth, Dub Conspiracy feat. Timbo, Yogi, Tim Sea and Two UP. Tickets for the Sydney event are still available at $89 plus booking fee. The festival takes place at Centennial Park. The GV Festival tour kicks off this weekend with the Brisbane event on Saturday 12 February at the Riverstage, and the Melbourne event on Sunday 13 February at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
