How many times have you played a computer game that has a rubbish soundtrack? A good many, I dare say, pile on the graphics but don’t pay enough attention to the music accompanying them. This is where Amon Tobin comes in – he’s the man recruited to supply the score for Chaos Theory, Tom Clancy’s new game.
Amon Tobin is an avid music enthusiast, who has performed throughout the world, noticing a different response from crowds to his sound. A whole new audience will be opened up to his style when the heavily publicised release hits the shelves and budding gamers all over the world immerse themselves into Chaos Theory. On a rare visit from Canada, RA found him slumped on the sofa at the end of a long days interviewing in Ninja Tune's attic.
