  • Like many successful clubnights now providing enjoyment for people around the world Endinburgh’s Breakitdown has grown from the ground up to become one of Scotland (UK's) biggest nights. They will celebrate their first birthday on January 29. Guests last year alone include X-Press 2, Anthony Pappa, FC Kahuna, SLAM, James Holden, DJ Hyper and Funk D’Void (who in 2005 becomes the clubs quarterly resident). January 29 won’t be a night for the well known guests to take the spot light, as two local residents Steven Foulds and BrokenChannel unveil their new act live called UNIT. A live electro-prog jam the duo will play live from 2 laptops, synths and FX units. Over the past 12 months they have also been working with several of the breakitdown guests on remixes and collaborations, some of which will be showcased on the night.
