After 8 and a half years of interesting and great releases Automatic Records or AR are turning out the lights.
They had previously hosted music from the likes of Ashley Casselle, Allen & Healey, Astral Projection, Astrolab, Guy Ornadel, Wintersun, Anne Savage, Cass & Slide, Electric Tease, and Graham Camp to name but a few - in getting their catalogue of over 50 release to music lovers around the world.
Label owners Glenn and Russel in a statement last week said:"After much deliberation & soul searching we have decided to shut the label down to allow us to pursue other paths in life. Our back catalogue will remain available to buy, in traditional & digital format, through the store on this site. Thanks very much to all the artists whose music we've released & to everyone who has bought our records & supported us over the last 8.5 years. It's been quite some journey!!"
