From April 2004, trance label, Five AM Records will be offering a paid mailing list allowing fans of the label to subscribe to receive CD promos of forthcoming releases two weeks before any vinyl promos are available, and four weeks before the general release date.
Fans will of course pay for the privilege of receiving CD promos around the same time as top line DJ’s with prices as follows. For three releases: £25. For five releases: £35. For ten releases: £50. All prices include UK postage, with a £1 additional postage charge to subscribers based outside of the UK. Speaking about the concept Gareth Emery commented:“This is a fantastic way for up and coming DJs who are comfortable with CDs to get hold of our releases at a similar time to the big names and well before the vinyl release. We're keeping the numbers on the list fairly limited so subscribers can be sure they're getting a real exclusive. You only have to glance at the last ten releases on Five AM to see the consistent quality the label has delivered and there's more of the same lined up for 2004”.
Those who subscribe within the next two weeks will be the amongst the first to receive the 25 th Five AM release, GTR - Reason To Believe, the follow up to Mistral that's currently gaining heavy support from Marco V, Dave Pearce, Lange, The Thrillseekers, John Askew, Jon O'Bir and more.
