Things are shaping up for the 33&1/3 Easter party on Good Friday 9 April. The latest news of the AgentMad's HQ has the full lineup of players and there are more than enough names there to make any breakbeat and drum'n'bass head smile. The whole complex at the Esplanade Hotel will be taken over, so pinch a locals seat at the bar while you can for Dexter's set, or dance up a storm in the Gershwin Room to Bad Company (just hope the bass waves don't bring down the pressed metal ceiling!) Breakbeat enthusiasts need to pray for good weather because it's all about outdoors this time around at the Espie, with the Freestylers rocking the concrete courtyard, as well as Uberzone live and Aquasky v Masterblaster!
If you hurry you can pick up a cheap ticket today only for $35 (+BF), but then tomorrow they're up to full price. Ticketmaster 7, Polyester, Mooks stores, DMC, Central Station and Gaslight are all selling tickets.
