Hivern Discs is releasing a double EP from Dorisburg.
Irrbloss is Alexander Berg's debut on the Spanish label, following half a decade of releasing on imprints like Aniara, Northern Electronics and Bossmusik. He's also one half of the duo Genius Of Time, known for their work on Aniara and Running Back. This new package features eight new tracks, clocking in at around an hour, and it "delves into his most melodic and mystical facet," according to the label, "connecting the majesty of archaic folk music with state of the art electronic production."
The Dorisburg record follows a busy 2015 for Hivern Discs, who released new records from John Talabot, Red Axes, INIT, Marvin & Guy and Eduardo De La Calle last year.
