  • Birmingham's newest techno night, Elements, will launch next month at The Blackbox. The party is the brainchild of local DJs and producers Rebekah, Patric McLean (AKA Dark Chambers) and Jay Sirett, all of whom specialise in dark, lean techno. Joining them at the opening session on Saturday, February 27th will be headliner Truncate, with doors running from 10 PM through 6 AM. Opened in May last year and boasting a Martin Audio soundsystem, The Blackbox is the latest addition to The Rainbow Venues complex. More Elements dates will be revealed in the coming weeks. Get your tickets to the opening here on RA. At the end of this month, Rebekah will release her latest EP, Beginnings, via her own Decoy Records.
