  • Blaze will release the House Legends Vol. 1 collection via King Street Sounds on January 22nd. The House Legends series looks back to key releases from legendary producers on King Street as well as its sister label Nite Grooves. Blaze, the duo of Josh Milan and Kevin Hedge (and formerly Chris Herbert), formed in New Jersey in the mid-'80s. They'd go on to be incredibly prolific, releasing well over 100 records on labels such as Motown, Shelter and Spiritual Life Music. The upcoming compilation includes "Shine," a track released on Nite Grooves in 2001, a collaboration with the Japanese duo Loop Trick and a remix of The Ananda Project's "Falling For You."
