Khotin is returning to 1080p with a new 12-inch next January.
The Edmonton artist, now based in Vancouver, has had quite a 2015 to coincide with his relocation. He dropped records on Albertan labels Normals Welcome and Heart To Heart, appeared on a Common Edit 12-inch and had tracks from Hello World—his 1080p debut from 2014—reissued on vinyl by Fauxpak Musik. Now he's coming back to the Vancouver label with Baikal Acid, which is also 1080p's sixth vinyl release after they started putting out records earlier this year. The 12-inch features four new tracks. The EP comes in the wake of 1080p records from Via App, Mall Grab, Max McFerren, Project Pablo and Earth Boys. The label also came in at #2 in our top 20 labels of 2015.
