  • A new festival called Junction 2 will launch in London next June. The one-day event has been created by LWE, with Drumcode, The Hydra and Closer lined up as curators. It'll go down on Saturday, June 4th at a TBA location. (Organisers say their chosen spot has never been used for a music festival before.) Beyond that, all we know so far is that the festival promises "great sound, high-end production, an attention to detail, extended sets, no VIP, no plastic tents and a music policy focused on techno." Junction 2 is the second new festival to hit London in 2016—details of Sunfall, which is being co-hosted by Phonox, The Nest, Dimensions, Outlook and XOYO, surfaced last month. Presale tickets for Junction 2 will be available via RA on December 26th. For more details head over to the festival's website.
