A 33-track Mood II Swing compilation is due out soon on Strictly Rhythm.
New York duo Mood II Swing put out a string of swinging, intricately woven house records in the mid-'90s for labels like Nervous Records, King Street Sounds and Cutting Traxx. Due out January 15th, Strictly Mood II Swing collects the bulk of Lem Springsteen and John Ciafone's best-known original productions and reworks, including foundational tunes like "Searchin" and "Closer" and remixes of Ultra Nate, Nuyorican Soul and Everything But The Girl. It'll be released on triple-CD and digital formats.
