  • Glacial Sound is coming to an end with its fifth release. The label was started in 2013, marking itself as a contender in the new grime scene with releases from Rabit, Murlo and Sharp Veins. Now, just five releases and two years in, founder Paul Purcell is closing the label. He says it's not the end of his involvement with labels, and promises he'll still be DJing and starting up some new projects next year. The final EP is a 10-inch vinyl release of the previously digital-only Riko Dan vocal of "Black Dragons." The original was on Glacial Sound's inaugural 12-inch. It's backed up with a new remix of "Black Dragons" from Crazylegs associate Ziro. Stream the remix below.
