  • The Max Graef Band will release their first full-length, Dog, next month. Fronted by bassist Graef, who Will Lynch profiled last year, the six-piece outfit also features Kickflip Mike (drums), Valentin Handrick (electric piano), Ludwig Labuzinski (sampler/effects/percussion), Alex Seidel (synths/percussion) and Gerry Franke (guitar). The eight-track album is the result of various "free-wheeling" studio sessions, and conveys the group's shared love of funk and their "finely honed appreciation of the good groove," according to the label. Dog will be available on December 14th via Money $ex Records, which Graef runs alongside Delfonic and Glenn Astro. Tracklist A1. DOG + Skit A2. Skit A3. CBOLX + Der Weisse Vogel Part I A4.
