Anthony Naples will release the Smacks EP on his own label, Proibito, on December 8th.
Naples released his first album, Body Pill, via Four Tet's Text Records back in February. While that record explored a variety of styles, Smacks is a more straightforward dancefloor 12-inch. Naples' Proibito is positioning itself as an outlet for a tight-knit group of NYC producers, including frequent tourmate Huerco S., who dropped the Railroad Blues EP via the label earlier this year.
