- The full shortlist of nominees for the annual music award has been announced.
The list of nominees for this year's Mercury Prize has been announced.
The annual prize is one of the most coveted music awards in the UK, with music industry figures and critics voting on their favourite album of the past 12 months. Aphex Twin, whose Syro album for Warp Records scored a five-star review on RA, is among the nominees, as is Jamie xx for his In Colour LP.
