Classic is releasing a record from Chicago Nouveaux.
Chicago Nouveaux is a group of Chicago musicians that includes The Black Madonna, Rahaan, Chrissy, and Shaun J Wright and Alinka. Their first release lands in October and features four tracks—two originals and two remixes. Shaun J Wright and Alinka link up for A-side "Wang's On Broadway," which is reworked by The Black Madonna. Chrissy and vocalist Miles Bonny supply the original of "Join Me" on the flipside. Rahaan edits that one. The vinyl release lands on November 19th, with a digital version to follow a few weeks later.
