  • The Tinnitus Music Series and Nothing Changes will take over Saint Vitus on Wednesday, September 23rd. Both promoters are well-known among fans of left-leaning techno, noise and abstract electronic music in NYC. The former grew out of Pitchfork's Show No Mercy column and has since held shows with artists as diverse as Untold, Ben Frost and Andy Stott. The latter maintains a weekly residency at Home Sweet Home in the Lower East Side. They'll team up for this one-off event at intimate metal bar Saint Vitus later this month, which will showcase artists from the cult favorite label Avian. Skarn (AKA Alessandro Cortini of Nine Inch Nails), whose Revolver EP dropped via Avian towards the end of last year, will play live alongside label boss Shifted and Shawn O'Sullivan, who will perform under his 400PPM moniker.
