Alix Perez has a new EP for Exit Records on the way.
Recall & Reflect marks the second time that Perez has appeared on dBridge's label, following last year's U 12-inch. It's also a continuation of a period spent away from his usual home, Shogun Audio—since U, he also dropped the self-released Surplus One and collaborated with EPROM on Alpha Pup. The label calls Recall & Reflect "soulful and introspective," saying that it touches on a "vintage Alix Perez" style influenced by hip-hop producers like Pete Rock and J Dilla.
