- The Hamburg house producer and The Analogue Cops member will drop a collaborative four-tracker later this month.
Christopher Rau and Marieu will release the Sidewalk Romeos 12-inch as Colours Of Observation on September 28th.
The collaboration between Hamburg-based producer Rau and Marieu, one-half of hardware techno group The Analogue Cops, came out of a live session. As such, Colours Of Observation won't come as a total surprise to eagle-eyed fans—they debuted with a set at OHM back in May and followed with another gig in southern Italy last month. As for the tunes, Out-ER, a Berlin imprint which acted as an early champion of The Analogue Cops, says the joint debut strikes "a fair balance between the sweet deep house from Rau and the analogue, old-school inspired upbeat techno from Analogue Cops."
