Simian Mobile Disco headlines fourth edition of A Day In The Desert

- The intimate Joshua Tree festival takes place in early October.
- A Day In The Desert has announced their lineup for their one-day "micro-festival," set to take place in a private location near Joshua Tree National Park on October 3rd. Simian Mobile Disco will lug their synths out to a unique natural amphitheater for a fully improvised set at sunset. The day starts with ambient acts and works its way into dance floor sounds at night. Austin synth band S U R V I V E will play live as will retro-tinged Ghostly International act Com Truise. After dusk, JDH & Dave P of the FIXED party will spin, as will Kompakt's man in LA, SONNS. ESP Institute boss Lovefingers is also set to spin a back-to-back set with Heidi Lawden.
