  • AdHoc will host Cut Hands and Container at Palisades on Saturday, August 15th. Cut Hands is the current solo project of William Bennett, founder of the provocative noise and industrial outfit Whitehouse. Bennett's Afro Noise LP series for UK experimental label Dirter Promotions saw him interpolating African traditional rhythms via harsh electronics, and most recently he appeared alongside Florian Kupfer on a remix EP for the Swedish duo Fishermen. The notoriously tough techno purveyor Container will return to Palisades for the gig (he played there in April), and local act Liturgy will round out the bill. Listen to Cut Hands' "The Claw" below.
