- The Brooklyn imprint has dropped the ten track collection as a digital download.
Scissor & Thread has released their second compilation, Tailored Cuts, Vol. 2.
The label, which is run by Francis Harris, Anthony Collins, Shawn Schwartz and Michael Scott, cracked RA's top 20 labels list last year and continues to follow a "friends-only" A&R policy. This year, they've issued records by founding duo Frank & Tony, as well as newer signees Desert Sound Colony and Rosas Nievas. The compilation includes a remix from NDATL boss Kai Alce as well as two exclusive new reworks from Black Light Smoke, an artist who has been working closely with Scissor & Thread since its inception.
