  • Ostgut Ton will celebrate ten years of operation with a party at Berghain on the weekend of August 15th and 16th. Launched with André Galluzzi's Berghain 01 mix CD in 2005, Ostgut Ton is Berghain's in-house label. Most of what it's released has come from a core roster of artists associated with the club, many of them residents. It will be that roster laying down tunes at the upcoming celebrations. Three rooms will be in effect: Berghain, Panorama Bar and Elektoakustischer Salon, a cavernous space only open for special occasions. An all-star techno lineup has been assembled for Berghain. Longtime residents Norman Nodge, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, Marcel Fengler, Len Faki and Fiedel are all locked in, along with more recent roster additions like Answer Code Request, Function and Kobosil. Those after more house-oriented sounds have a crew of big names in Panorama Bar to look forward to. Luke Slater will spin as L.B. Dub Corp, sharing the bill with Anthony Parasole, Nick Höppner, Ryan Elliott, Tama Sumo, Boris and a live set from Steffi & Virginia. Elektoakustischer Salon, which usually hosts ambient sets, will feature Efdemin, Tobias., Jenus and Summe. Things will kick off at around midnight on the night of August 15th, and likely wrap-up sometime during the day on Monday.
