- Sure Thing will host the Hyperdub artist in LA and San Francisco next month.
- Laurel Halo will play two Californian gigs in August. The experimental electronic artist—best known for her work on Hyperdub—has been silent on the production front lately, and she's been selective with her itinerary too. These two events will be her first in the US in 2015. She'll be hosted by Sure Thing, who will take her to San Francisco's 1192 Folsom on Friday, August 14th and to a downtown address in LA the next evening. For the Bay Area show, she'll be supported by a DJ set from John Roberts, while the LA gig—co-presented by Fine Time—will feature Carlos Souffront and RA staffer Matt McDermott. Laurel Halo will also appear at our just-announced Decibel Festival showcase in Seattle this September.
