Surgeon and Blawan will play together as Trade for the Paris techno collective's anniversary.
Blocaus will celebrate its three-year anniversary at La Machine Du Moulin Rouge on Saturday, August 29th.
The collective will take over both rooms of the Paris venue, hosting two collaborative projects—Surgeon and Blawan's Trade plus Henning Baer and Milton Bradley's K209—with Sunil Sharpe, SNTS, Benales and Blocaus residents Anetha and EXAL rounding out the bill.
Since its creation in 2012, Blocaus has hosted international acts like Answer Code Request, Oscar Mulero, Function and James Ruskin as well as French artists like Voiski, Zadig and Antigone. La Machine du Moulin Rouge will mostly stay closed in August, with the exception of a Monkeytown Records night on August 14th featuring a live performance from Omar Souleyman.
Tickets for La Machine du Moulin Rouge are available here on RA.
