  • Colorado's Mother Earth Sound System will host their 2015 Full Moon Festival on the weekend of Friday, August 28th. Full moon gatherings in the mountains of Colorado have long been MESS's forte. This year, they're expanding and moving to Aspen Canyon Ranch, a private parcel of forested land surrounded by the Gore Mountain Range about 90 miles west of Denver, for "48 hours of music on two stages." LA techno stalwart and Jealous God co-conspirator Silent Servant is confirmed, along with longtime Detroit house jock Terrence Parker (making his Colorado debut) and Bristol scene fixture Appleblim. Atlanta DJ Habersham, Wicked SF's Jenö & Markie and Moontribe LA's Brad & Dela are also set to join the fun. Colorado artists Time For Trees, Multicast and Normal Ones round out the lineup so far, and there are more acts (including MESS residents) still to be announced. Tickets to the festival include free parking and tent camping, while riverfront cabins will also be available for rent.
