Phonographe Corp brings Awesome Tapes From Africa to Paris

- The LA-based collector will play a free open-air party this Sunday.
- Phonographe Corp will take over La Rotonde on Sunday, June 21st. Following their Record Store Day event in April, the French online magazine will return to the Villette venue for Fête de la Musique. The event will kick off with a free open-air party with Awesome Tapes From Africa bringing his cassette collection to the venue's terrace. The LA digger will share the stage with longtime magazine affiliate Simo Cell, who has a release on Livity Sound's sublabel Dnuos Ytivil coming out on July 24th. After midnight, the party will move inside the two rooms of La Rotonde with DJs from YouTube music channel Les Yeux Oranges opening for Washington duo Beautiful Swimmers in the Atrium, while Phonographe Corp residents Saint-James and Another Pixel take care of the Mini-Club.
