Giorgio Moroder has teamed up with Novation for a digital synth called MoroderNova.
Moroder, who's got his first album in 30 years landing in June, is synonymous with synth music. The collaboration was borne from Moroder's interest in the Novation MiniNova, which he's been taking on tour with him lately. Novation say the MoroderNova's "signature sounds identify some of Giorgio's most seminal moments in music," with nods to his various soundtracks (Scarface, Flashdance), vintage solo work and production for the likes of Donna Summer and Blondie. It comes branded with Moroder's classic glasses and shades logo.
The price of the MoroderNova and its release date are still TBA.
