  • Le Sucre has outlined details of its summer schedule. Located on the roof of a former sugar factory in the Confluence district, Le Sucre has been operating for two years. Its 2015 summer programme has a focus on French talent. Curated by Arty Farty, the outfit behind Nuits Sonores festival, the club's schedule will kick off on Friday, May 29th, with French techno artists Antigone, Zadig, Voiski and Birth Of Frequency playing together as Unforeseen Alliance. They'll be supported by Marcelus and Lyon collective CLFT Militia. The following week will see Ark share the stage with Noze, before DJ Deep and Low Jack play on June 12th, followed by Jennifer Cardini and Chloé on the 19th. On June 26th, Ed Banger's Pedro Winter will bring his protégé Boston Bun to Lyon—they'll be joined by Tigersushi boss Joakim. July will start with a live performance from Arnaud Rebotini and a DJ set from David Carretta on the 10th, followed by an all-night set from Laurent Garnier on the 24th. On July 31th, Grenoble's The Hacker will share the decks with local acts Spitzer and Diane. August will open with Dee Nasty and Para One bringing some hip-hop to the dancefloor on the 7th, while Lyon producer Danger will play on the 14th. The following Friday, August 14th, will see hardcore legend The Driver (AKA Manu le Malin) sharing the decks with Francois X and Lyon artist Theorist OFC. The season will close with a set from Bambounou and French Fries on August 28th.
