Vatican Shadow tops the bill at Modern Cathedrals' Movement afterparty

- It'll be live sets all night at this Saturday event in Detroit.
- The first Modern Cathedrals party, happening in Detroit on Saturday, May 23rd, will also serve as an official afterparty for Movement 2015. Modern Cathedrals is a new party and label from Altstadt Echo, a DJ, producer and writer who runs the Dub Monitor techno journal. Taking place at the Garden Theater, the first event, Eden One, has an all-live lineup that should pack quite a punch, with five purveyors of intense, abstract electronics confirmed. Dominick Fernow will appear as Vatican Shadow, while Guy Brewer (AKA Shifted) is booked for a set from his Covered In Sand alias. Marshstepper, the Arizona duo affiliated with Ascetic House and Downwards North America, and Varg, a key part of Stockholm's Northern Electronics crew, round out the announced portion of the lineup, with a "secret guest" to be revealed the day of the show.
