  • Las Vegas's Daylight Beach Club will launch a new concept called Sundown this Sunday, April 26th. The series, organized by Vegas EDM kingpins Hakkasan Group, takes place at the Daylight Beach Club, a newly-opened venue in the sprawling Mandalay Bay hotel and casino complex. The poolside club will host superstars like Alesso and DJ Mustard on regular days, but for Sunday evening parties, the promoters have taken a different tack, focusing on what they call more "underground" sounds—making it somewhat of an outlier in the highly commercial Las Vegas dance music world. Sundown launches this Sunday with Guy Gerber. The next week, on May 3rd, Nic Fanciulli will take the reins, and later on May 17th, Disclosure will spin a DJ set poolside. On the eve of Memorial Day, Daylight will bring in NYC dance music lifer Danny Tenaglia. More information is available at the Daylight Beach Club's official site, listed below. Back in February, we spoke with Fanciulli as part of our RA Exchange series. Check out the interview here.
