  • Laraaji will play a 1080p show in Vancouver on Thursday, April 23rd. Philadelphia's Edward Larry Gordon is one of America's most renowned new age musicians, known especially for his zither playing. He came to prominence after Brian Eno discovered him busking in the late '70s and then recruited him to collaborate on the Ambient 3: Day Of Radiance album. Since then, Laraaji has had a prolific career, including countless self-released LPs. Former RA label of the month 1080p is bringing him to Vancouver for a special performance at the HR Macmillan Space Centre, where he'll be backed up by local artist Ramzi. Laraaji will also hold one of his signature Laughter Meditation Workshops on Wednesday night at Skylight Gallery. That one will run from 6 through 8 PM.
