The Star Festival finalises 2015 lineup

- The full lineup for The Star Festival 2015 in Japan has been revealed. Originally starting out as a club event back in 2006, The Star Festival has now grown to become a three-day campout held at Stihl no Mori in Kyoto. This year's edition will run from May 15th through 17th. The first day showcases techno from European visitors Peter Van Hoesen and Marco Shuttle as well as domestic favourite DJ Nobu, while the second day ventures into a more eclectic realm with Squarepusher, Zip, London Elektricity and Sebastian Mullaert (AKA Minilogue) flying in to be joined by Japanese artist Fumiya Tanaka. The festival's final day goes deep and warm with DJ Koze, Lawrence and Axel Boman, with house and disco professor Kenji Takimi rounding out the local lineup.
