Raxeira, the first-ever solo EP from Eric Cloutier, will see release in May on the Limited arm of Nijmegen's Wolfskuil Records imprint.
A US native who cut his teeth DJing in Detroit before moving to New York (he's a resident at the famed party The Bunker) and then on to Berlin (which he now calls home), Cloutier is already well-known for his sprawling sets of deep, dubby house and techno. But he's only started releasing his own music over the past couple years—his debut production, "Adytum," came through Studio r° in mid-2013, and he's since put out a track each on Svreca's Semantica and Steve O'Sullivan's Mosiac, along with a recent remix on Nighttime Drama. Darko Esser's Wolfskuil has now enlisted Cloutier for his first proper EP, a vinyl-only three-tracker with two original cuts and a remix from veteran Italian producer Donato Dozzy.
